Jessica van der Torre is an AHPRA registered Psychologist with over 11 years of clinical experience. Jessica helps clients with issues including Depression, Trauma, Grief and Stress Management with a special interest in Anxiety disorders and PTSD. Jessica is well versed in many evidence-based methods of treatment, including CBT, ACT and Mindfulness training (among others). She works with young people and adults age 17 and over. Jessica enjoys an individualized and client centered approach, collaborating together with her clients towards their treatment goals. She is warm, gentle and supportive in her approach. It is important to her that clients feel that sessions are conducted in a safe, positive and nonjudgmental atmosphere in order to work towards positive change.

Pepe is an AHPRA registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working across the lifespan. She enjoys working with teenagers and adults, with a special interest in PTSD, ADHD and Disabilities. Pepe graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a BA, MA(Hons) & Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has a warm and relatable clinical style and provides therapy under a range of frameworks including CBT, ACT and Mindfulness training. Pepe is fluent in both Samoan and English.

Rachael is an AHPRA registered general Psychologist with several years of experience working with children, youth and adults. Rachael’s practice style is client-centred, warm, and collaborative. She values the voice of the client and strives to work together to empower their individualised strengths and work together towards achieving a sense of holistic wellbeing through the use of practical strategies and tools. Rachael draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness & selfcompassion, and Solution Focused Therapy.
